Commercial grade Electric Chain Toaster: TT-150, TT-300, TT-450, using infrared heating tubes and adjustable chain speed design, depending on the model, can process approximately 150~450 slices of toast per hour. The body is made of stainless steel, and the front/rear toast output design is combined with a slag tray, which is convenient for integrating into breakfast lines, buffet tables or coffee shop toast stations, and is suitable for all types of catering operations that require a stable and large output of toast.

Chain Toaster Series: TT-150 / TT-300 / TT-450 is designed for mass baking of toast and bread in commercial environments. The bread is continuously fed into the heating zone through a crawler conveyor chain, providing stable output and saving manpower. Different models offer a production capacity choice from approximately 150 slices to 450 slices of toast per hour, which can be flexibly configured according to the size of the store and breakfast needs.

  • Chain Conveyor Design: Continuously put in bread without turning each slice or rearranging, suitable for busy breakfast hours or long-term operation of buffets.
  • Upper and Lower Infrared Heating Tubes: The upper and lower heating power both use infrared heating tubes, which heat up quickly and evenly. The toast surface is evenly colored and has a crispy taste.
  • Multi-stage Chain Speed Adjustment: The conveying speed can be adjusted according to the thickness of the bread, sugar content and desired coloring level to precisely control the baking time.

Installation Maintenance Recommendations

  • It is recommended that a qualified electrician connect an independent power circuit and ensure that the socket load is sufficient to withstand 2–3kW of power.
  • Leave adequate heat dissipation space around the equipment to avoid close contact with walls or other high-temperature equipment.
  • After daily use, wait for the body to cool down completely before cleaning the slag tray and bread crumbs in the oven to avoid carbon deposits and odors.
  • It is forbidden to use strong acid and alkali detergents or steel wool to scrub, so as not to damage the stainless steel surface and protective layer.
  • It is recommended to regularly check the power cord and plug. If there is any damage or overheating, stop using it immediately and arrange for repairs.
