This model iCombi Pro 20-1/1 E/G is RATIONAL’s floor-standing smart universal steam oven designed for high-traffic commercial kitchens. With a massive capacity of 20 layers of 1/1 GN, it has a maximum load capacity of up to 90 kg in a single session. Integrating four intelligent assistants and three sets of forward and reversing fans, it provides unparalleled efficient production capacity for modern commercial kitchens, easily meeting diverse cooking needs such as steaming, baking, and baking.

  • Intelligent Climate Management: The iDensityControl system is equipped with 3 sets of intelligent forward and reverse fans and a high-performance heating system to ensure that the heat is evenly distributed when the 20th floor is fully loaded.
  • Intelligent Cooking Sensing: iCookingSuite can automatically identify the size, quantity, and status of ingredients, and accurately adjust cooking parameters in real-time to achieve ideal doneness.
  • Automatic ultra-fast cleaning: Built-in iCareSystem, providing 12-minute ultra-fast mid-washing function, and supports unattended automatic descaling at night.

The RATIONAL iCombi Pro 20-1/1 is a flagship core device that enhances the productivity and production stability of large kitchens. Equipped with the upgraded iDensityControl intelligent climate management system, it has 3 sets of high-efficiency fans and active dehumidification technology to ensure even heat distribution on each layer of the furnace cavity. Whether it’s making grilled meats, tender steamed fish, or baking bread, it precisely controls the temperature range from 30°C to 300°C, delivering consistently top-notch cooking quality even when fully loaded up to 90 kg.

Professional Function Configuration | Features

  • iCookingSuite Cooking Intelligence
    Intelligent sensors identify the size, quantity, and condition of food, automatically adjusting the cooking path. Simply set your desired result (e.g., browning, doneness), and the system executes it automatically.
  • iProductionManager Smart Scheduling (Mixed Loading).
    Supports mixed loading, the system will tell you which dishes can be cooked at the same time, and automatically monitor the cooking time to optimize the order of serving.
  • iCareSystem Auto Cleaning
    It provides 9 cleaning programs, including 12 minutes of ultra-fast cleaning, using phosphorus-free and environmentally friendly cleaning tablets, and supports automatic cleaning and descaling at night.
  • Precise Climate
    Control and HumiditySteam mode (30-130°C), hot air mode (30-300°C), and mixed mode (30-300°C). It has a fresh steam generator and active dehumidification function.
