It features 3500W IH induction heating technology, which heats up faster and controls temperature more precisely than traditional heating plate models. To accommodate different restaurant power environments in Hong Kong, this model is specially available in two versions: the 16A plug version is suitable for standard dedicated circuits, while the 32A plug version comes with thicker power cables and industrial plugs, providing better safety margins and durability.
