Nissei CI-7548AEC is designed for Hong Kong’s high-standard catering environment. The biggest advantage of this machine is its fully automatic pasteurization system, which has been approved by the Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD). During non-business hours, the machine automatically heats the milk in the hopper to the sterilization temperature and maintains it for a period of time to completely kill bacteria, and then automatically cools it for storage. This technology allows merchants to avoid the tedious disassembly and cleaning every day (the cleaning cycle can be extended to once every two weeks), which greatly reduces labor costs and raw material waste while complying with strict hygiene regulations.
