The ZL-S Series Commercial Freeze Dryer utilizes advanced “vacuum freeze-drying” technology. It first deeply freezes the ingredients, then directly sublimates the ice crystals into water vapor in a vacuum environment. This technology avoids the damage to the food structure caused by traditional high-temperature drying. The finished product has excellent rehydration properties and is lightweight. It is especially suitable for making high value-added freeze-dried pet meat (such as chicken breast, salmon), fruit chips and health foods, making it an ideal equipment for brands transitioning from laboratory formulations to small-scale mass production.

Cold trap temperature can reach -50°C to -60°C, ultimate vacuum degree is about 5Pa, ensuring fast and thorough freeze-drying process, effectively reducing product water activity (Aw) and extending shelf life. - PLC Smart One-Key Operation
Built-in preset freeze-drying program, users do not need to deeply understand complex freeze-drying theory, just put in the ingredients and press the button, the machine automatically completes the entire process from pre-freezing, drying to defrosting. - SUS304 Food Grade Liner (Hygienic Design)
The drying chamber liner and material trays are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, fully meeting the hygiene and safety requirements of modern food factories. - Visual Monitoring Door
Equipped with a high-transparency acrylic viewing door, operators can monitor the freeze-drying status and color changes of the ingredients at any time, which is convenient for R&D data recording.
