Invoice Terms

1. Warranty Certificate
   • Customers need a valid invoice to enjoy the warranty service provided by our company. Any loss or damage to the invoice may affect warranty rights.
2. Warranty Scope and Conditions
   • Under correct usage conditions, the motor of the refrigerators sold by our company has a six-month warranty, and other parts will be charged separately.
   • Free door-to-door repair service is provided during the warranty period (not applicable to Ma Wan and other outlying islands).
   • The warranty period for electrical appliances is three months, and the cost of parts needs to be calculated separately. On-site maintenance service is not provided during the warranty period. Maintenance must be carried out at a designated location.
3. Access and Handling Arrangements
   • Customers need to provide sufficient space and suitable access to ensure safe delivery and installation.
   • If the goods need to be carried upstairs, our company will charge an additional handling fee at its discretion. The fee depends on the difficulty of handling and the height of the floor.
4. Parts and Installation Services
   • The sold goods only include their original accessories. If additional parts or installation work are required, the relevant costs need to be negotiated separately and are subject to our company’s final written confirmation.
5. Ownership and Risk of Goods
   • The ownership of the goods remains with our company until the payment is cleared or the transfer is completed.
   • After the goods are delivered, all risks of damage caused by human or accidental causes shall be borne by the buyer.
6. Order Validity
   • Customers need to complete the pick-up or delivery arrangement within 30 days from the date of order confirmation. Overdue orders will be regarded as void, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Quotation Terms

1. Quotation Validity
   • This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue of the quotation. After the expiration date, the quotation needs to be re-examined and the price may be adjusted.
2. Payment method
   • A 50% deposit is required after the order is confirmed, and the remaining amount is paid upon delivery (C.O.D). Failure to pay the deposit on time may result in delays in delivery or cancellation of the order.
3. Delivery period
   • After receiving the deposit, the delivery period is expected to be within 14 working days (special orders or personalized customized products may require additional time).
4. Warranty Scope and Conditions
   • Under correct usage conditions, the motor of the refrigerator products has a six-month warranty, and the cost of other parts needs to be calculated separately.
   • During the warranty period, free door-to-door repair services are not available in Ma Wan and other outlying islands.
   • The warranty period for electrical appliances is three months, and the warranty scope does not include free door-to-door repair services.
5. Handling and Access Requirements
   • Customers need to provide suitable access for transporting goods (including door width, stairs and elevator size). This quotation does not include stair handling fees. If such services are required, relevant fees need to be negotiated and confirmed separately.

1. After-sales support
   • Our after-sales team is committed to providing efficient technical support to ensure the normal operation of products during the warranty period. Damage caused by any abnormal use is not covered by the warranty.
2. Special terms
   • All customized requirements will be priced separately based on the complexity and raw material conditions, and a delivery date estimate will be provided.
   • Outlying islands and special logistics arrangements need to be negotiated separately, and the relevant costs shall be subject to written confirmation.
3. Legal protection
   • These terms and conditions are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and all matters not covered are governed by Hong Kong law.
